Travis Kelce and girlfriend Taylor Swift couldn’t help but laugh when Jason Kelce suffered a wardrobe mishap before his “Monday Night Countdown” debut this week.

Jason — who joined ESPN as an analyst following his NFL retirement in March — said on Monday’s broadcast that his “tits” were struggling underneath his white buttoned shirt.

“Me and Taylor were watching it, absolutely dying laughing at that. It was the perfect thing to open everbody up to what they are going to experience the next 18 weeks,” Travis said Wednesday during the latest installment of his and Jason’s “New Heights” podcast.

Jason, 36, forgot his travel bag “in the truck” and had to buy a shirt at the mall, host Scott Van Pelt said on “MNF,” which took place at Levi’s Stadium in Santa Clara, Calif., before the 49ers’ 32-19 victory over the Jets.

“It fits my belly now. I’ve lost a little bit of weight, but my tits are still struggling,” Jason said, which drew laughs from the ESPN analysts Ryan Clark and Marcus Spears.

Jason, who spent 13 seasons with the Eagles as a center before calling it a career, previously said he was focused on losing weight in retirement.

“Hey, the fact that a Hall of Fame center can shop at Lululemon is big, that’s a big accomplishment,” Clark said.

Travis, who said it was a “great quote” by his big brother, asked if that was the first time “tits” was said on ESPN.

“I don’t know,” Jason said on their “New Heights podcast. “I got asked on Twitter. Even when I said it, tits is a funny word. Because I think it is allowable.

“It’s not against the rules to say on a broadcast but it’s definitely something that you wouldn’t typically say on a broadcast. It’s one of those words that doesn’t belong on a broadcast.”

Travis, 34, went on to poke fun at Jason’s shirt.

“Those buttons were holding on by a thread,” Travis said, adding he was surprised Jason didn’t opt to go shirtless on-air.

“It was stretching. The problem is, my belly was swimming,” Jason replied. “Pat McAfee’s done a couple of these things shirtless I think.

“It feels like anything goes now in the world of broadcasting. Suns out, tits out.”

Then, Jason explained that he was nervous about his “Monday Night Countdown” debut.

“I did not feel prepared,” he said. “I felt very nervous I didn’t know what to expect. And then you realize that you were prepared, that ESPN did a great job of setting everything up and that you’re on set, thankfully for me, with three other guys that have done it a bunch.

“… I was nervous, there’s no two ways about it. I think whenever you’re anything you’re doing for the first time and you don’t know what to expect, I think that’s natural. It was a lot of fun. I think me being up there with guys that have done it before and are so good at it, you feel more comfortable.”

Jason’s second broadcast will take place in familiar territory as the Eagles will host the Atlanta Falcons next Monday at Lincoln Financial Field in Philadelphia.
