A former porn star is speaking out in support of Billie Eilish after she claimed that watching X-rated movies as a minor “destroyed her brain.”

The “Ocean Eyes” singer, who turned 20 on Saturday, made the candid confession during an interview with Howard Stern last week, saying she started watching graphic online content when she was 11 years old.

“As a woman, I think porn is a disgrace,” Eilish declared during her discussion with the shock jock. “I used to watch a lot of porn, to be honest. I think it really destroyed my brain and I feel incredibly devastated that I was exposed to so much porn.”

On Monday, former adult actor Randy Spears, 60, weighed in, surprisingly saying he agreed with Eilish.

The prolific porn star — who starred in more than 1,400 hardcore films from 1987 to 2011 — told TMZ: “Billie has a lot of guts to come out and speak her mind on an issue like this. I applaud it.”

Eilish slammed the porn industry, describing it as a "disgrace." The singer shockingly revealed she started watching online porn at age 11, which she says "destroyed" her brain.

Spears said it’s no surprise Eilish feels damaged after viewing porn as a young child, declaring: “When we’re that young our brains don’t have the capacity to digest [hardcore porn]. Who in their right mind would want their 7-year-old to be watching some woman with seven guys? It’s pretty despicable stuff.”

He continued: “If your brain is still growing and you have very little life experience and you’re trying to digest that and make sense of that I can see exactly how she could feel that way.”

Spears’ assertions are supported by experts who spoke to The Post last week.

Brad Salzman, founder of the New York Sexual Addiction Center, said it’s not unusual for children to first begin watching online porn at the age of 11.

“Parents aren’t paying attention and it [porn exposure] can affect them for the rest of their lives,” Salzman said. “It totally colors their perception of what normal sexuality is supposed to look like and it changes the way they think that they’re supposed to interact. They can begin seeing other people as sex objects as opposed to human beings.”

Ziv Cohen, clinical assistant professor of psychiatry at Cornell University, concurred, claiming: “For young children to be exposed [to porn] gives them a very skewed and inaccurate image of sex. It’s not positive for their perception of intimacy and the opposite sex.”

Spears (seen in 2006) has spoken out against the industry since leaving. He says porn destroyed his ability to have a normal relationship and left him dependent on drugs.

Spears told TMZ that Eilish may now be able to help other young people who are struggling after being exposed to graphic content at a young age.

“[I hope] she uses some of her fame as a platform to help young girls and young men who are affected by this kind of thing. There’s nowhere to go for this kind of thing,” he stated. “It’s a very real addiction and it can be really damaging to a young person.”

Spears first got his start in the adult industry back in the mid-1980s, with a role in the hardcore movie, “The Case of the Sensuous Sinners.” He spent more than two decades making raunchy movies, before quitting in 2011.

The ex-adult actor revealed in 2015 that he turned to Christianity. He also said he struggled with substance abuse during his porn career.

“I had to go to work, to do the porn, so that I could buy the drugs, to bury the pain of doing the porn. So I’d go to work, and do the porn, so I could buy the drugs, to bury the pain. And around and around it went,” Spears told NextShark.

He also claimed the industry destroyed his chances for normal romance with women, saying: “I lost the ability to have a loving and caring relationship. I thought I was still able. I was fooled.”
