The song was not “F–kin’ Perfect” according to Pink.
The pop diva has revealed that she regrets writing and performing a song about scurvy in 2009 for the hit Nickelodeon show “SpongeBob SquarePants.”
“Worst? I mean, there’s been so many,” Pink, 44, told the Los Angeles Times last week when asked which of her songs were her least favorite.
“Oh wait, I did put out that ‘SpongeBob’ thing — ‘We’ve Got Scurvy,’” recalled the three-time Grammy winner. “I wish I never did that. That was a real mistake.”
The single, which appeared on the 2009 compilation album “SpongeBob’s Greatest Hits,” features the “So What” songstress belting out lyrics about the scourge of sailors.
“Our gums are black. Our teeth are falling out. We’ve got spots on our back, so give it up and shout,” read the lyrics. “We’ve got scurvy. We need some vitamin C. We’ve got scurvy. We need a lemon tree.”
Pink even went one step further and recorded a music video for the song dressed as a pirate.
The Post reached out to Nickelodeon and Pink for comment.
Scurvy is a result of a serious vitamin C deficiency, according to The Cleveland Clinic.
The medical center noted that “left untreated, scurvy can lead to bleeding gums, loosened teeth and bleeding under your skin.”
While rare in the US, the disease usually affects those who do not eat enough fruits and vegetables and patients who are not eating due to medical treatments.
Pink, meanwhile, made headlines last month for kicking out a San Antonio concertgoer protesting circumcision.
According to a TikTok that captured the bizarre moment, the “Try” singer was entering the acoustic portion of her concert when she spotted the outcry.
“Oh wow, you’re making a whole point right now, aren’t you?” Pink asked. “Do you feel good about yourself?”
The man begins chanting “yes” while appearing to condemn the singer.
“Are you gonna be all right?” the songstress replied. “You spent all this money to come here and do that?”
The “Get the Party Started” singer’s sarcastic and non-confrontational response drew cheers and applause from the crowd.
“I’m gonna have to buy a Birkin bag with that ticket money. Get that s–t out of here,” Pink said as the venue’s security officers closed in on the emboldened protester.
Unwilling to go quietly, the man turned around and directed other concertgoers to look at the message on his phone, which read: ”Circumcision is cruel and harmful.”
“He wants all of you to read it,” Pink said dryly. “He came here tonight to talk about circumcision.”
The man hurled insults at the singer while being dragged away.
The very public protest seems to stem from a 2019 Instagram picture Pink posted and then deleted of her then-2-year-old son Jameson Moon, who had removed his swim diaper near a pool.
