Mohammad Yasin, a TikTok Chef based in Chicago, has taken to TikTok to share his clever chicken skin cooking hack.

His simple hack has quickly gone viral and left many people very impressed.

You don’t need any fancy ingredients or spices for this hack, and don’t worry, you won’t need to faff around in the kitchen for ages either.

Mohammad’s hack is really simple – it takes seconds and will ensure your skin is crispy, just how you like it. 

He has a whopping 104k TikTok followers, over 1.8 million likes and regularly posts videos of his recipes, alongside cooking tips and tricks.

His most popular video to date is his chicken skin hack and he explained that all you need is one simple thing to ensure your skin is perfectly crispy.

And that one thing is…boiling water.

Mohammad said: “Boiling water tightens up chicken skin and makes your wings crispy after you cook them.” 

In the video, we see Mohammad pouring boiled water onto his chicken thighs, before he puts them in the oven.

According to Mohammad, doing so will ensure that you never have gross, soggy skin again.

Instead, you will get the perfect crispy skin that we all want on our chicken wings.

Mohammad’s video has clearly impressed many as it has racked up a whopping 7.8 million likes.

Many TikTok users were very impressed with the clever hack and took to the comments to express this.
