San Francisco 49ers quarterback Brock Purdy is the recipient of the largest reported Super Bowl MVP bet thus far, coming in at +240 odds on Caesars Sportsbook.

The $200,000 bet would profit $480,000 if Purdy earns the honor in the upcoming battle with the Chiefs.

Purdy was expected to be the league’s MVP earlier this season, but a horrific performance at home against the Baltimore Ravens in Week 16 crushed that momentum.

Instead, he might have to settle for the Super Bowl MVP, a trade off the second-year quarterback would probably take.

As a result of the bet, Purdy’s Super Bowl MVP odds dropped to +200 on Caesars, a number that can no longer be found among any of the legal sports betting apps.

The next best odds at the time of writing comes in at +210 on BetRivers Sportsbook.

Meanwhile, BetMGM Sportsbook tells The Post that Purdy (9.8 percent of money) has been their third-highest liability on Super Bowl MVP, which you could’ve bet on as early as the wild-card round.

The highest Super Bowl MVP liability came in on Lamar Jackson, who had a ridiculous 30.7 percent of the liability. The Ravens are now eliminated, so MGM will keep that money.

But the second-highest is 49ers running back Christian McCaffrey, who has 14.1 percent of all money on BetMGM’s Super Bowl MVP market.

This is not the first major bet that Caesars has taken in the lead-up to the 2024 Super Bowl.

Caesars reports it has taken a $1 million bet on the 49ers at -120 odds to win the Super Bowl outright. The bet would profit $833,333.33.

They have also taken $100,000 on tails to be the winning coin flip.

Caesars Sportsbook is setting itself apart; it is the place for big action in the sports betting world.
