They grow up so fast.
Suri Cruise, the 18-year-old daughter of Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes, went to her high school prom in the Upper West Side of Manhattan on Tuesday — and she looked like a carbon copy of her famous mom.
Suri wore a gorgeous white and purple floral dress with a pair of gold heels. She wore her brunette hair down and had a white and pink corsage on her wrist.
Her prom date wore a fancy navy blue suit with a light blue tie and a pair of brown shoes.
Suri and her date posed with a group of friends for prom pictures on the streets of New York City.
Earlier this month, Suri who is a senior at LaGuardia High School of Music & Arts and Performing Arts, revealed that she’s going to college at Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania this fall.
She appeared in a fellow student’s TikTok, which has since been made private, of all the kids wearing sweatshirts from the colleges they are attending.
Suri had on a red Carnegie Mellon sweatshirt and did a cute dance for the camera.
“LaG commitment day,” the caption of the TikTok read.
Suri lives in New York City with her mom. She’s reportedly been estranged from her father for years.
In 2023, a source told Page Six that Tom, 61, “has not seen” his daughter “in a very long time and is not a part of her life.”
Holmes, 45, and Tom welcomed Suri in April 2006, but after the former couple split in 2011, the “Mission: Impossible” actor and his daughter drifted further and further apart.
However, Suri has stayed extremely close with her mom.
The “Dawson’s Creek” actress told Glamour magazine last year that she likes to “protect” Suri from the public eye “because she was so visible at a young age.”
“I’m very grateful to be a parent, to be her parent. She’s an incredible person. She’s my heart,” Holmes added
