The Mets made their bullpen a priority this offseason, so it makes sense they’d bring back Adam Ottavino.

The 37-year-old Brooklyn native, arguably the team’s most dependable non-Edwin Diaz reliever, agreed to a two-year deal with a 2024 option worth $14.5 million on Tuesday, The Post’s Joel Sherman confirmed.

Ottavino pitched to a 2.06 ERA in 66 appearances last season, racking up 79 strikeouts in 65 2/3 innings.

The Mets also added relievers David Robertson and Brooks Raley this offseason, while seeing Seth Lugo and Trevor May leave in free agency.
