Bronny James is back home and seemingly in good spirits.

An incoming freshman on USC’s basketball team and the oldest son of LeBron James, he was discharged from the hospital Thursday after he suffered cardiac arrest while practicing on Monday.

LeBron James posted a video on Instagram on Saturday afternoon of Bronny at home smiling and playing the piano, with his other son Bryce and daughter Zhuri watching along.

“GRAND RISING!!” James captioned the post. “God Is Great! @bronny YOU ARE AMAZING!!! Simple as that! Keep going Young 🤴🏾!!! We’re here right with you every step of the way!”

Bronny was seen for the first time since his health scare going out to dinner at Giorgio Baldi in Santa Monica, Calif. with his family on Friday.

It’s not clear what caused Bronny’s cardiac arrest.

He suffered the incident at USC’s Galen Center and was reportedly rushed to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center by ambulance.

“Thanks to the swift and effective response by the USC athletics’ medical staff, Bronny James was successfully treated for a sudden cardiac arrest,” Cedars-Sinai Medical Group cardiologist Dr. Merije Chukumerije said in a statement issued by the hospital on Thursday.

Here’s everything to know about Bronny James’ cardiac arrest

Bronny James, the 18-year-old son of NBA superstar LeBron James, went into cardiac arrest during a basketball practice with his team at the University of Southern California on Monday.

Cedars-Sinai Medical Group cardiologist Merije Chukumerije said in a statement Thursday that Bronny “has been discharged home, where he is resting.”

It’s too soon to know how Bronny’s episode will affect his basketball career, since it largely depends on the underlying causes of the cardiac arrest.

“When they come up with a mechanism for why he had the cardiac arrest, you could then and only then make an informed decision regarding his recovery and his ability to go back on the court,” Dr. Marc Cohen, Chairman of the Department of Medicine at Newark-Beth Israel Medical Center, told The Post.

“He arrived at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center fully conscious, neurologically intact and stable. Mr. James was cared for promptly by highly-trained staff and has been discharged home, where he is resting.

“Although his workup will be ongoing, we are hopeful for his continued progress and are encouraged by his response, resilience, and his family and community support.”

LeBron James praised the hospital’s staff on Thursday.

“I want to thank the countless people sending my family love and prayers,” James tweeted. “We feel you and I’m so grateful. Everyone doing great. We have our family together, safe and healthy, and we feel your love. Will have more to say when we’re ready but I wanted to tell everyone how much your support has meant to all of us!”

A 6-foot-3 guard, Bronny was a four-star recruit and previously starred at Sierra Canyon in high school.
