Bills cornerback Dane Jackson has been released from the hospital after he suffered a scary neck injury in Monday’s game against the Titans.

The Bills said in a statement on Tuesday that Jackson, who exited the field in an ambulance, underwent various tests at ECMC Hospital in Buffalo that determined there was no major injury to his neck or spinal cord.

Jackson had full movement in his extremities as he was transported to the hospital, where he underwent evaluation, a CT scan and X-rays.

The Bills said Jackson will undergo further evaluation on Tuesday. The 25-year-old was able to walk out of the hospital and is resting at home, according NFL Network’s Mike Garafolo.

Jackson suffered the neck injury in a collision with teammate Tremaine Edmunds in the final moments of the first half of the Bills’ 41-7 win over the Titans on “Monday Night Football.”

Jackson was on top of Tennessee receiver Treylon Burks when Edmunds came in to finish the play and the impact caused Jackson’s neck to bend backwards.

The cornerback remained on the ground after the hit until an ambulance arrived on the field.

Jackson was starting in place of Tre’Davious White, who is continuing to recover from a left knee injury he sustained last year.

The Bills (2-0) head to Miami to face the Dolphins (2-0) in Week 3.
