Danny Masterson’s wife, Bijou Phillips, has reportedly filed for divorce less than two weeks after the “That ’70s Show” star was sentenced to 30 years in prison for two rapes he committed in 2003.

According to legal docs obtained by TMZ, Phillips filed to end their marriage in a California court on Monday.

“Ms. Phillips has decided to file for divorce from her husband during this unfortunate time. Her priority remains with her daughter,” her attorney, Peter A. Lauzon, told the outlet in a statement.

“This period has been unimaginably hard on the marriage and the family. Mr. Masterson was always present for Ms. Phillips during her most difficult times of her life. Ms. Phillips acknowledges that Mr. Masterson is a wonderful father to their daughter.”

The couple share a 9-year-old daughter, Fianna Francis.

“Our daughter and I are heartbroken that he is not home with us,” Phillips wrote to the judge in a pre-sentencing support letter. “It has been very difficult without him here. Even though he is now in jail, he calls her every day. He helps her with homework every night. He teaches her math with kindness and patience.”

“We need him more than you can imagine,” she continued. “I know he has been convicted of serious crimes. But the man I married has only been an extraordinary husband to me and a devoted father to our daughter.”

They former couple met in 2004, got engaged in 2009, and married in October 2011.

The Post has contacted reps for Masterson and Phillips for comment.

Phillips stood by Masterson throughout his recent trial and was visibly distraught and sobbed as the conviction was read in court in May.

Just last week, an insider told People that a “distraught” Phillips still had no intention of divorcing Masterson.

“She has had a very difficult time since the conviction,” the source claimed “She loves Danny and has no plans to file for divorce. She will be by his side for it all.”

The daughter of musician John Phillips, the lead vocalist of the Mamas & the Papas, and actress Geneviève Waïte was apparently “surrounded by family and friends” and trying to stay positive and in good spirits during this difficult time.
