The Las Vegas Aces made their celebratory trek to the White House on Friday, but Joe Biden was not there to greet them.

Despite a previous announcement that Joe Biden and first lady Jill Biden would be on-hand to honor the WNBA champions, the Bidens opted to extend their vacation, according to multiple reports.

Instead, the Aces were met by vice president Kamala Harris and second gentleman Doug Emhoff.

“When they initially announced this event, it said the president and the first lady were going to host the Aces today,” Fox News White House reporter Peter Doocy said Friday.

“But then, they extended their vacation. They were supposed to get back yesterday, now they don’t get back until tomorrow. So that is how you wind up getting feted at the White House by the vice president instead of by the president.

“We don’t know what he’s doing today, but his motorcade is on the move somewhere in the South Lake Tahoe area.”

The AP also reported that the White House announcement “several weeks ago” said the Bidens would host the Aces, but that they delegated to the vice president after extending their vacation.

In June, Aces star A’ja Wilson called out president Biden for congratulating the Golden Knights on their Stanley Cup championship.

“Twitter not letting me quote tweet potus tweet but …BFFR [be f–king for real] when is our White House visit cause …” Wilson tweeted.

The Aces are 30-4 this season, having already set a WNBA record for regular season wins with six games left to play, and are prohibitive favorites to repeat as champions with -230 odds on FanDuel.

There was also drama around the White House visit with the NCAA women’s champions this year.

LSU star Angel Reese was aghast at the idea that Jill Biden floated the possibility of inviting runners-up Iowa to also attend the White House.

While Reese broached the idea of skipping LSU’s White House visit, the team ultimately went in full on May 26.
