Kadarius Toney isn’t over it.

The Chiefs receiver spoke to the media for the first time on Thursday since his offsides penalty nullified his go-ahead touchdown — off a lateral from Travis Kelce — in the fourth quarter of the Chiefs’ loss to the Bills on Sunday.

Toney vented his frustrations over the call and claimed the referees “lied” about a previous warning even though replays clearly showed Toney’s foot was past the line of the scrimmage.

The question, instead, has been what the communication was like between the referees and the former Giants receiver.

“Whether it was, an inch, two inches, whatever in front of the ball, the referee got a job to let me know,” Toney said.

“He didn’t make no effort. You watch the video, he didn’t make no effort to say anything about no alignment. So apparently, he wanted to do that regardless. But like I said, we’re just going back to the details and just make sure we fine print everything.”

Patrick Mahomes was irate on the sidelines afterward and had to be restrained from going after the officials.

Chiefs coach Andy Reid said the decision was “embarrassing” for the NFL before admitting later in the week that Toney never checked with the refs.

The refs fired back that it is not their responsibility to give Toney a warning, even though they will in some cases.

They argued, though, that this infraction was so severe that it had to be called.

Toney also claimed that the refs said he had been warned earlier in the game, though that does not appear in the pool report with referee Carl Cheffers when he was asked that exact question.

“I don’t know the answer to that question about the alignment of specific receivers or any other warnings,” Cheffers said.

“Then they came back and lied and said they gave me a warning, which I never talked to a ref,” Toney said.

Toney, who the Giants traded to the Chiefs last season, has had a tumultuous season with Kansas City.

His drop-filled Week 1 performance cost the Chiefs a win over the Lions.

The end result on Sunday was a touchdown taken off the board and a crushing home loss for the Chiefs, who now sit at 8-5 and one game ahead of the Broncos in the AFC West.

“Unfortunately, they took back the greatest play the greatest tight end that played the game did,” Toney said. “Just a great play taken back by the greatest tight end.”
