The fathers of Cleveland Browns players are quite chatty this season.

Weeks after Odell Beckham Jr.’s father took aim at Baker Mayfield on Instagram, Kareem Hunt’s dad appeared to follow suit Sunday, criticizing the Browns quarterback in a Facebook post as Cleveland fell to the Ravens, 16-10, on “Sunday Night Football.”

“Now I’m getting people on my Facebook saying I’m being like Obj Daddy and I’m not I’m stating facts on football,” Hunt Sr. said, noting that the Browns know Mayfield is playing while injured.

“What we see he’s limping,” Hunt Sr. continued of Mayfield, adding “he’s scared to throw the ball.”

Mayfield, who is in his fourth year with the Browns, has been playing through multiple injuries, including a completely torn labrum in his left shoulder since Week 2. He is also dealing with additional knee and foot injuries.

In a separate post, Hunt’s father continued, “Last thing I don’t want nobody to be hating at me like I said new quarterback new situation we could have won this game long time ago I don’t know what the defense was doing they did good three interceptions or more all I can say is please don’t hate me I told you so.”

As of Monday morning, it appeared he had deleted the posts.

Hunt, meanwhile, has not yet addressed his father’s social media messages. He returned Sunday from injured reserve, after suffering a calf injury in a Week 6 loss to the Cardinals.

Mayfield struggled on Sunday against the AFC North-leading Ravens. He was under constant pressure and was sacked twice.

Mayfield threw a 20-yard touchdown pass to David Njoku late in the third quarter, before the Browns went scoreless in the fourth. He finished throwing for 247 yards and completing just 48.6 percent of his passes.

After Sunday’s loss, Browns coach Kevin Stefanski said he has no plans for a quarterback switch during the team’s bye week.

“No. Let me ask you a question, Why would we do that? We’re not doing that,” he said.

Mayfield has been a target for criticism as of late. Earlier this month, Beckham’s father shared an 11-minute Instagram video that showed Mayfield not targeting the receiver in multiple games this season.

Tensions between the Browns and Beckham hit a boiling point resulting in the three-time Pro Bowler’s release. Beckham later signed with the Rams a little over a week after his father’s viral post.

The Browns (6-6) are off this week as they prepare to take on the Ravens again in Cleveland on Dec. 12.
