The New Jersey woman seen in a roadside face-to-face shouting match with former NFL star Jason Kelce’s wife Kylie after being denied a photo with the couple over Memorial Day Weekend apologized Friday for the “heated” confrontation.

“In a heated moment, I said things that were out of character for me and that I regret and for that, I am sorry,” Andree Goldberg said in a statement obtained by WPVI.

The viral moment happened when the couple, on a low-key date, were idling in their car waiting for a spot to open at Steve & Cookie’s Restaurant and Oyster Bar in Margate City, NJ.

when Goldberg wanted a photo with the retired Philadelphia Eagles center.

Goldberg approached the couple’s truck in hopes of getting a photo with the retired Philadelphia Eagles center and pounded on the vehicle to get their attention, according to PhillyChitChat.

The Kelces politely denied a photo with Goldberg’s family, but Goldberg soon became irate and attempted to tear into the couple.

“You’ll never be allowed in this town again,” Goldberg can be heard saying in the video posted by Philly-based podcast “Word to the Wise.

A man in a blue shirt stepped between the obnoxious fan and Kylie, as Jason stood to the side.

“I can smell the alcohol on your breath, you’re embarrassing yourself,” Kylie appeared to say before the video cut off.

Goldberg claims she apologized to the Kelce family directly on Saturday.

“I want to publicly apologize to them, and our community. My anger, and my actions, are not who I am, and certainly not indicative of the welcoming community of Margate,” the woman said.

Goldberg, who runs Teuscher Chocolates, a luxury Swiss Chocolate shop in Wayne, NJ with her husband, Bryan, says the Kelces have been gracious to her following the parking lot incident.

“As an adult and proud member of my community,  I should have recognized and respected their right to privacy from the onset,” Goldberg said in the statement, according to PhillyMag. “I am deeply appreciative of the grace and understanding shown to me by the Kelces and wish them nothing but the best.”

After the video went viral, Margate City Mayor Michael Collins issued an apology to the Kelces on behalf of the city and offered to buy the couple dinner.

“As a father with young children, I know as well as anyone the importance of a date night with your wife and would like to offer a redo date night with dinner on me,” Collins said.

The mayor of Margate City has since issued an apologies to the couple and offered to pay for a redo date night. kykelce/Instagram

Since the incident, Kylie has gotten support from one of Jason’s former teammates.

“Barking up the wrong tree lady lol,” Chris Long, a former defensive end and the son of NFL Hall of Famer Howie Long, wrote Tuesday on X.

The Kelces have not publicly addressed the incident.

Long, 39, and Kelce, 36, won a Super Bowl together during the 2017 season when the Eagles defeated the Patriots, 41-33.

The Kelces have not publicly addressed the incident, but it could be fodder for the former NFL star during the next episode of the “New Heights Podcast” that he hosts with his brother Travis.
