Live from New York…

Maya Rudolph will reportedly return to her old “Saturday Night Live” stomping grounds to play Kamala Harris throughout the 2024 Presidential Election.

Rudolph, 52, was on “SNL” from 2000-2007.

She previously won an Emmy in 2021 for “Outstanding Guest Actress in a Comedy Series” for returning to “SNL” to play Harris in 2020.

Rudolph is currently starring in the AppleTV+ comedy “Loot,” where she plays a scatterbrained billionaire.

The role earned Rudolph an Emmy nomination for the 2024 ceremony, which will take place Sept. 15.

According to Deadline, pre-production on Season 3 of “Loot” was scheduled to begin filming Aug. 26, but it has now been paused, reportedly for scheduling reasons.

Season 50 of “SNL” will premiere Sept. 28 on NBC.

Rudolph first played Harris, the presumptive Democratic nominee for president, on the Dec. 21, 2019 episode of “SNL” hosted by Eddie Murphy.

The role as The “Funt” aka America’s Fun Aunt earned her an Emmy, and became a breakout.

After the 2020 election, Rudolph returned to “SNL” and reprised her role as Vice President Harris several times.

During one of Rudolph’s appearances as Harris, she referred to Harris’s husband, Doug Emhoff (played by Martin Short), as “my Semitic smokeshow” and “my step baby-daddy.”

Vice President Harris became the presumptive Democratic nominee in the 2024 election after President Biden announced his departure from the race on July 21, and endorsed Harris shortly thereafter.

Donald Trump, meanwhile, officially accepted the nomination for president during the final day of the Republican National Convention on July 18.

Rudoph’s return to “SNL” isn’t the only TV impact from Harris’s presidential run.

The HBO satirical comedy “Veep” has gone viral and reportedly seen a 353% surge in viewership numbers.

In the show, Selina (Julia Louis-Dreyfus) was a senator who had an unsuccessful presidential bid. Her run ended with her becoming the running mate of the man who defeated her in the Democratic primary.

In Season 2 of “Veep,” it’s revealed that the president (who is never shown onscreen) won’t run for re-election, and Selina decides to run.

“It’s been a wild thing to witness. Viewership went up something insane like 350%,” series star Julia Louis-Dreyfus, 63, told Entertainment Weekly.

“I’m delighted,” the former “Seinfeld” star added. “I’m happy people are getting a kick out of it. And I know that Kamala Harris is — big time.”
