YouTube star MrBeast has been accused of knowingly hiring a registered sex offender by his former employee.

Last month, the video streamer’s former employee, named DogPack404 on YouTube, accused him of hosting “illegal lotteries” for false engagement online.

Now, DogPack404 has shared another YouTube video in which he interviews Jake Weddle, another former employee of MrBeast.

In the video, Weddle claims MrBeast — whose real name is Jimmy Donaldson — knowingly hired a registered sex offender during his tenure.

“Well, there was a known sex offender, a registered sex offender, convicted sex offender on the registry and everything, who worked there,” Weddle said in the clip.

Weddle claimed that MrBeast knew about the person’s alleged history of “not great stuff to some underage people,” and that the YouTuber “covered up the fact” that he worked there by putting him in masks on camera.

Weddle added that the person, who is no longer employed by MrBeast, was internally referred to as “Delaware.”

After the allegation began to make rounds on social media, MrBeast’s former employee Jake Franklin — known online as Jake the Viking — issued a statement on X saying that “Delaware” was his brother-in-law.

Franklin explained that his brother-in-law is a registered sex offender who took a plea deal with his accuser, and the charges are set to be dropped later this year.

“He was hired before I was, and was actually the reason I got hired at MrBeast,” he said, adding that MrBeast knew of the situation when he was hired.

“Jimmy knew. But again, this incident happened in 2010, Delaware was hired in 2017/2018. Delaware was also let go from the company before I was,” he explained.

“Delaware was supposed to be a behind the scenes manager. But in a couple videos, he was asked to partake because we needed people. He was reluctant, especially in the straight jacket video because of his charges, and that’s why he wore the mask.”

“I understand why anyone would be upset and frustrated over these allegations and I do not blame them. Hurting kids in any way is completely unacceptable. But in the case of Delaware, I firmly believe he did nothing wrong and look forward to the day these charges are dropped,” he added.

The Post has reached out to MrBeast’s reps for comment.

The allegations come just weeks after MrBeast’s longtime employee and collaborator Ava Kris Tyson quit his popular channel after she was accused of sending inappropriate messages to a then-13-year-old when she was 20.

MrBeast revealed that he has hired a third party to conduct a thorough investigation into the allegations against Tyson. independent

Tyson has denied the allegations, but said they “mutually decided” that she should step away from the channel.

In turn, MrBeast revealed that he has hired a third party to conduct a thorough investigation into the allegations.
