Paris Hilton clapped back at trolls who are commenting on her baby son Phoenix’s big head. The heiress commented on a TikTok video defending her little one.
“🥺😢There are some sick people in this world,” she commented on the video. “☹️My angel is perfectly healthy,” the 42-year-old wrote.
She added: “And yes, of course, he has been to a doctor, he just has a large brain.”
The reality star later took to her Instagram Story to send another message to the haters.
“Living life in the spotlight, comments are inevitable, but targeting my child, or anyone else’s for that matter, is unacceptable. This hurts my heart more deeply than words can describe,” she wrote.
“I’ve worked hard to cultivate an environment that is all about love, respect, and acceptance and expect the same in return,” she added. “Phoenix is my world and has been the biggest blessing of my life. Every day with him is a reminder of what truly matters. It’s hard to fathom that there are people who would target such innocence. I hope that people can treat one another with more kindness and empathy.”
The cruel comments came after Hilton shared a photo of Phoenix during his first trip to New York City.
“Y’all he’s just got a lot on his mind leave the kid alone,” one person wrote on social media.
A second noted: “Beautiful baby has brain inflammation. This can be an autoimmune reaction. Please take your baby to an integrative functional paediatrician.”
“Does he have encephalitis?” a third person asked. “Like what is actually going on I’m not trying to be rude that doesn’t seem normal.”
Hilton and husband, Carter Reum, welcomed their son via surrogate in January.
