Rashad Jennings’ NFL career didn’t feature as embarrassing a moment as his foray into the game show world.

The ex-Giants running back made an all-time error on “Celebrity Wheel of Fortune” when he guessed wrong on the last letter of a puzzle involving famed director Quintin Tarantino.

Jennings just needed to guess “Q” with the board reading: “Driving to Reno with _uentin Tarantino.”

Instead, Jennings, almost smugly with an accompanying eyebrow raise, said “P.”

Using “P” meant Jennings thought the director of “Pulp Fiction” was Puentin Tarantino.

The crowd groaned in a “What in the world?” kind of reaction, while host Pat Sajak said: “No, no, I’m sorry.”

Jimmy Kimmel gave Jennings a chance to tell his side of the story earlier this week.

“Well, what happened was I was wrong,” Jennings said. “I had one of them things we like to call a brain fart and it happened at the most inopportune time.”

Jennings played alongside fellow ex-NFLers Marcellus Wiley and Jared Allen in the game, and he knew right away he was in trouble when he had to guess the final letter.

“You know what, this is bad, right,” Jennings said before guessing. “Why don’t I know that letter?”

Jennings then spun the wheel, landed on $600, and he provided an all-time whiff.

And here’s the kicker: Jennings said he’s a fan of Tarantino.

“I have, I love his movies,” Jennings said to Kimmel. “I’m not oblivious to him. Not having the first letter, I was just like, brain fart. As soon as the first letter popped up I knew…”

“Yeah, we all knew once it popped up,” Kimmel interjected.

Kimmel then gave Jennings a chance at redemption.

Jennings had to guess these puzzles: “_hostbusters,” “_ilk and cookies” and “_eeping up with the _ardashians.”

Unlike Puentin Tarantino, Jennings aced these walk-in touchdowns.

He received a gift set that included the boxed set of every Tarantino film.

To Jennings’ credit, he is owning his mistake and having fun with it.

He’s even starting a YouTube channel titled “@PuentinTarantino” that he said will focus on people who make mistakes and land on their feet.

But, in a not so surprising moment considering his previous blunder, Jennings actually said “Putin” instead of “Puentin” when first describing the channel.

“I had a good time, it was for charity,” Jennings said to Kimmel regarding his time on “Wheel of Fortune.”
