Sky News Business Reporter Edward Boyd says the US Federal Reserve has been lifting interest rates “all year,” but it has “done nothing” to push down inflation.
“They’re expecting it to remain at 40-year highs, so inflation is going to be coming in for the 12 months to June roughly around that 8.8 per cent,” he said.
