Pat Sajak is back on the attack — and as savage as ever.

Controversial “Wheel of Fortune” host Sajak, 76, made headlines Friday after he reportedly snapped at a contestant for continually answering puzzles incorrectly, asking the woman “why are you bothering?”

The incident started during the very first triple Toss-Up of the evening where the contestant, named Debbie, solved all three puzzles incorrectly, according to The Sun.

“Taking a nap,” rang in Debbie but was told by Sajak that the answer was incorrect.

The puzzle was solved a few minutes later by another contestant calling out “Hailing a cab.”

“I like the ‘taking a nap’ one better,” teased Sajak.

Debbie and her granddaughter — who appeared to be unsure this time — rang in with the wrong answer a second time claiming it was “catching a fish,” only for Sajak to once again decline the answer.

During the third and final toss-up, Debbie and her granddaughter once again buzzed in and were incorrect.

“Why are you bothering,” berated Sajak before asking other contestants to ring in with their answers.

The host tried to end things on a polite note towards the irksome contestant.

“I don’t care what happened I could listen to you solve Toss-Ups all night long,” laughed Sajak.

The Post reached out to Sajak for comment.

This is not the first time the host, who is used to being criticized on social media, has snapped at a player in irritation.

Earlier this month, Sajak told a fan-favorite contestant “don’t ever do it again,” after the 22-year-old grabbed the envelope in the game show’s bonus round.

“In fairness, we used to do it that way; the player would pick up the thing,” explained Sajak to the player and the audience. “Don’t ever do it again.”

Sajak was also slammed by fans when one contestant was given an “impossible” bonus puzzle.

Contestant Cesar Redaja failed to correctly answer “That was a pivotal factor” within the time limit earning the host the ire of fans claiming that no one says that.

In several episodes, the aging host has displayed bizarre behavior such as putting a contestant in a chokehold; claiming he hides in letter-turner Vanna White’s garden; asked a contestant to remove his shirt and tugged on a contestant’s beard.
